William F. "Bill" Rogers, Jr. was a 2014 candidate for the for the 19A Judicial District of the Sixth Division of the Superior Court, which presides over Cabarrus County in North Carolina.[1]

General: He was defeated in the general election on November 4, 2014, after receiving 34.2 percent of the vote. He competed against Martin B. McGee.

In July 2014, the North Carolina Bar Association released the results of a survey in which it asked lawyers to rate the judicial candidates for the trial courts. The candidates were rated from one to five on five different criteria as well as on their overall performance.[2]

Rogers received his B.A. in political science from the University of Tennessee in 1976 and his J.D. from the same school in 1979.[3]
Career
Rogers started his own law office in 1981 in Concord, North Carolina.[3]
