Joseph M. Buckner

Joseph M. Buckner is a former chief district court judge for the 15B Judicial District Court, which presides over Orange and Chatham counties of North Carolina.
Buckner was first elected to the court in November 1994 and appointed chief district court judge in 1996. He served until his retirement on July 31, 2020. [1] [2][3]

Education
Buckner received his undergraduate degree in speech communications from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1982 and his J.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law in 1987.[3][6]
