James P. Cullen

James P. Cullen was a judge of the Lancaster County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania.[1] Cullen was appointed to the court in December of 1992 by Governor Robert P. Casey Sr. In 1993 he was elected for a 10-year term. He was retained in 2003 and in 2013.[2][3] Cullen retired in December 2019.[4]

Cullen earned his undergraduate degree from Franklin & Marshall College and his J.D. from Villanova University.[5]

Cullen was retained to the Lancaster County Court of Common Pleas with 77.3 percent of the vote on November 5, 2013.[3]
