General: She defeated Jeffrey C. Williams in the general election on November 4, 2014, receiving 56.3 percent of the vote.[1]
Education
Springer received her undergraduate degree from the University of Kentucky and her J.D. from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.[3]
Career
Prior to her election to the bench, Springer was an associate attorney with the law firm of Zelkowitz, Barry & Cullers in Mount Vernon, Ohio. She previously served as the chief assistant prosecutor for Knox County.[3]
