I am an excellent listener, which is a large part of being a proactive communicator. With effective communication, I make well-informed decisions on the path to achieving shared goals. Along with communication, I practice shared decision making by listening to the thoughts of others, recognizing each contribution, and together taking decisive action. What does the Hamilton School District mean to you? The Hamilton School District is the core of our community. Each person's life that is touched by our school system is improved. Living in this school district means that my children are going to lead fuller lives due to the many opportunities available to them and the people they will work with. What issue or issues facing the school district are you most passionate about or interested in that you feel you would be valuable in tackling? Encouraging creative thinking, really listening to others and recognizing the value that each person brings to the table are vital to keep us on the successful achievement path the Hamilton School District is on.
