John B. Slattery, Jr. is the judge on the Springhill City Court in Louisiana.[1]

Education

Slattery received his undergraduate degree from the University of Houston in 1977 and his J.D. from the Louisiana Law Center in 1982.[2]

Career

Prior to becoming a judge, Slattery spent fifteen years as an Assistant District Attorney and years in private practice. He has served as a judge on the following courts:

2012 election

Slattery ran for the seat of retired Judge Bruce M. Bolin on the 26th Judicial District. He was defeated in the election on November 6, receiving 29.01% of the vote.[3] [4]
