Thomas G. Pestak was a judge for the Sierra County Magistrate Court in Sierra County, New Mexico. He served on the bench from 1994 until his retirement on June 30, 2014. Governor Susana Martinez appointed Alan J. Brown as his successor.[1]

Elections

2010

Pestak was re-elected to the Sierra County Magistrate Court. He defeated Jody D. Druce in the primary, winning 78.6% of the vote. He ran unopposed in the general election, receiving 100% of the vote.[2]
