Biography
Clark-Edwards received a bachelor's degree from Towson State University and a J.D. from the Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law. At the time of her judicial appointment, she was the chief of the special victims and family violence unit at the Prince George’s County State’s Attorney’s Office. Her professional experience also includes working as a criminal defense lawyer and a general practitioner.[1]
