Barry Hilliard

Barry Hilliard is the judge on the Runnels County Court in Texas. He began serving in January 2011. He was re-elected in 2014, effective January 1, 2015, for a term that expires on December 31, 2018.[1][2]

Hilliard won the Republican nomination in runoff election, receiving 70.6 percent of the vote. He defeated Ray Anderson in the general election.[4][5]
Education
Hilliard attended the FBI National Academy, graduating in 1977.[6]
