Denn Whalen is the judge of the 70th District Court in Texas.[1] He was re-elected without opposition in 2014 for a term that expires on December 31, 2018.[2]

Education

Whalen received his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin and his J.D. from Texas Tech University.[5]

Career

Prior to being elected to the bench in 2006, Whalen was an attorney in private practice for 18 years. He has also worked as a municipal court judge.[6]
