Donald F. Gaffney is a judge of the Superior Court of Orange County in California. He assumed office in 2008. His current term ends on January 8, 2029.

Gaffney won re-election for judge of the Superior Court of Orange County in California outright in the primary on June 7, 2022, after the primary and general election were canceled.

Gaffney was appointed by Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger on May 16, 2008, to succeed Hugh Brenner.[1][2]
