Felice Kerr is a judge of the family court in New Castle County, Delaware. She was appointed by Democratic Governor Jack Markell and confirmed by the Delaware State Senate in June 2015. Her current twelve-year term expires in 2027, after which she must seek reappointment if she wishes to continue serving.[1][2]
