Mary O'Sullivan Smith is an associate justice for the Barnstable Juvenile Court in Barnstable County, Massachusetts.[1] She was nominated to the court by former Governor Deval Patrick on October 7, 2011, and was confirmed by the Governor's Council on January 4, 2012.[2][3] Smith may serve on the court until she turns the mandatory retirement age of 70.[4]

Smith received her undergraduate degree from Boston College and her J.D. from the Suffolk University Law School.[5]
