Utah, nicknamed "The Beehive State," is bordered by Colorado, Wyoming, Idaho, Arizona and Nevada. It was the 45th state to be admitted to the Union. Salt Lake City is the state’s capital and largest city.

Utah has two members of the U.S. Senate, a total of 4 members of the U.S. House of Representatives, 29 members of the State Senate and 75 members of the House of Representatives.

Judgepedia presents the State of Utah

The structure of the Utah judicial system is laid out in Article VIII of the state constitution. The state court system is made up of the Utah Supreme Court, the Utah Court of Appeals, the Utah District Courts, the Utah Juvenile Courts and the Utah Justice Courts.

There are two federal courts in Utah: the United States District Court for the District of Utah and District of Utah Bankruptcy Court. Appeals from these courts go to the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
