This measure sought to add to the current library levy by a rate of $.125 per $100 of assessed property value for a continuing period of time in order to further pay for general library expenses.[2]

The question on the ballot:
| An additional tax for the benefit of the Wadsworth Public Library, also known as the Ella M. Everhard Public Library, for the purpose of current expenses of the Library at a rate not exceeding one and twenty-five hundredths (1.25) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to twelve and one-half cents ($0.125) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for a continuing period of time, commencing in 2012, first due in calendar year 2013. |
