James Shriver

James Shriver is a judge on the Clermont County Court of Common Pleas Probate/Juvenile Division in Batavia, Ohio.[1] He was appointed to the court by Governor John Kasich on April 11, 2013, and assumed office on July 1, 2013.[2][3] Shriver was re-elected to the Clermont County Court of Common Pleas in 2014, winning a term that expired on February 8, 2021.[4]

Shriver received his undergraduate degree in political science from the University of Cincinnati and his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law.[2]

From 1995 until his appointment to the Clermont County Court of Common Pleas, Shriver served as a municipal court judge for the Clermont County Municipal Court.[2][6]
