Ashely M. Chan is a federal bankruptcy judge for the United States bankruptcy court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She was appointed to the court on October 1, 2014.[1] Chan is also a bankruptcy judge for the United States bankruptcy court, District of Delaware.
Education
Chan earned her B.A. and J.D. from Rutgers University.[2]
