A City of Morgan Hill Residential Development Exemption, Measure A ballot question was on the May 19, 2009 ballot for voters in the City of Morgan Hill in Santa Clara County, California, where it was approved.
Measure A allowed the City of Morgan Hills to exempt 500 residential units located in a 20-block area of downtown from the city's "Residential Development Control System." The city council wanted to have the ability to exempt these residential units in order to "increase opportunities for economic growth."
