  • Accessibility to Information - One of the biggest challenges our residents face is finding the information they need. Our village website is outdated and difficult to navigate — it needs a complete revamp. While this comes with a cost, and our budget is limited, I’ve already started estimating expenses and researching potential grants to help make this possible for our residents.
  • Rebuilding Our Sense of Community - My goal is to connect families and rebuild our volunteer network to bring back the traditions and events so many of us miss about our village. Recently, I collaborated with a local soccer organization and the village to bring youth sports back to Greenhills - creating new opportunities for young families to connect. I’m also co-leading the Community Picnic for our America250 celebration, an exciting chance to reignite community spirit and re-engage our amazing volunteers.
  • Crime Prevention - While Greenhills is not a high-crime community and our police department does an excellent job keeping us safe, we’ve seen a slight uptick in incidents recently. I believe the foundation of a safe community lies in strong communication and close connections among residents. I’d also love to establish a youth volunteer program - a way for teens to earn recognition while learning how much they can positively impact their community.
Recreation and Community Development are the areas I am post passionate about in the local level. As a mother, I understand how important it is to have a safe, welcoming and close-knit community. We have everything we need to be a destination for young families - walkability, parks, shops, community pool, winton woods, etc. I want to work to tie our beautiful history into a prosperous future.
