Dacia Kruse is the former Acting Nebraska Director of Economic Development. Kruse was appointed by Gov. Dave Heineman in June 2014 to replace former Director Catherine Lang, who resigned to accept a job in the private sector.[1]

Kruse served three years as Deputy Director of the Department of Administrative Services before Gov. Heinemann named her the Acting Nebraska Director of Economic Development. She previously worked for the Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce.[2]
