Daniel P. Wallace is a judge on the Mercer County Court of Common Pleas in Mercer County, Pennsylvania. He was elected in November 2013 for a term that will expire in 2023.[1]

2013

Wallace ran for election to the Mercer County Court of Common Pleas.

Primary: He received 59.7 percent of the vote in the Republican primary on May 21, 2013.
General: He defeated Victor S. Heutsche in the general election on November 5, 2013, receiving 62.4 percent of the vote.

2011

Wallace ran for an open seat on the Mercer County Court of Common Pleas. He was defeated by Peter C. Acker in the Republican primary and Robert G. Yeatts in the Democratic primary on May 17. He received 15.2 percent in the Democratic primary and 23.4 percent of the vote in the Republican primary.[5] All candidates running for the seat were cross-endorsed by the Republican and Democratic parties.[6]

Wallace received his undergraduate degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1988 and his J.D. from the Dickinson School of Law in 1995.[7]
