Delaware County judge won't be prosecuted for outburst
May 20, 2010
Indiana: Delaware County judge Richard A. Dailey will not undergo a criminal prosecution said Special Prosecutor David Powell after concluding an investigation into an incident that occurred between Judge Dailey and Jerry Cook, a member of Prosecutor Mark McKinney's staff. The incident took place in the Delaware County Justice Center when Cook approached Dailey, who was waiting to speak with a fellow judge, and Dailey reportedly became upset and suggested that Cook leave the building. Special Prosecutor David Powell was then appointed to determine whether or not Judge Dailey's actions constituted crimes of intimidation or disorderly conduct and found that they did not.[1]
