I am a life long Nevadan who wants to make the world a better place. I am a computer science engineer by trade and I love the outdoors. I enjoy cooking, hiking, rafting, bicycling, and the occasional video game. I own a house in Carson City where I live with my wife and daughter. I feel a responsibility to fight for positive change for my friends and family in Nevada, all of which are part of the working class.

I pledge to never take money from corporations and if elected I will be the only state legislator to do so. I will champion the issue of removing corporate money from politics and I will call out anyone who takes corporate bribes regardless of which party they are in. I will fight for strong progressive policies that benefit the working class. I will never blindly vote with any party and will instead listen to my constituents and independently come to my own conclusion. I want to see Nevada prosper and become a leader among states on issues like healthcare, education, childcare, taxes, and climate change.

  • Eliminate corporate money in politics essentially eliminating the corporate stranglehold on Nevada and returning the power to the working class.
  • Create a single payer healthcare system in Nevada because no one deserves to die just because they are in poverty.
  • Invest heavily in Nevada's education system and Nevada's future by doubling per pupil spending immediately.
Corporate money in politics is an issue that I will champion and lead by example. I am passionate about making healthcare affordable for everyone. I will fight for a single-payer healthcare system that covers every aspect of healthcare(mental, physical, dental, pharmaceuticals, etc). I understand the importance of educating our future generations and will fight for doubling Nevada's per-pupil spending. Nevadans need to have the option for affordable childcare which currently does not exist. Infrastructure in Nevada and across the U.S. is crumbling and needs repairs. Climate change is an urgent issue and I will fight for Nevada to have 100% renewable energy by 2030. I am passionate about any policy that affects the working class along with my friends and family.
I look up to Bernie Sanders. because he has fought for the people his whole life. Bernie is honest about his positions and has the track record to prove it. He will admit when he is wrong and do everything in his power to make it right. Bernie is relentless in his fight for the working class and an American hero.
