Duane K. Castleberry is a judge for the Curry County Magistrate Court, Division 1, in New Mexico. He was re-elected in 2014 for a term that expires on December 31, 2018.[1]

Primary: He ran unopposed in the Republican primary on June 3, 2014.
General: He defeated Terry Martin in the general election on November 4, 2014, receiving 60.7 percent of the vote. [1][2] 

2010

Castleberry ran unopposed to the magistrate court in the Republican primary, and defeated Johnny Chavez in the general election winning 63.8 percent of the vote.[3]
