Edward A. Malloy, Jr. is the district administrative judge for the Twelfth District Court in Allegany County, Maryland. He has served as a judge on the court since December 17, 2002 and as the district administrative judge for the Twelfth District Court since December 16, 2004.[1] His current term expires in 2022.[2]

Malloy received his undergraduate degree from Frostburg State College in 1971 and his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1974.[1]
