Ed Baker is a disabled, lifelong Oregonian. He has faced many of the same challenges currently facing people in Portland. Ed has overcome a gambling addiction, a felony conviction and homelessness. Ed believes in Truth and Accountability. He wants to see ANTIFA and those who break the law punished for their crimes, as he was for his. He wants to help the Homeless find their passion for life again. Ed was President of Clackamas Babe Ruth Baseball and was a Coach for thirteen years.
  • Support Portland Police so to defeat ANTIFA and Black Lives Matter Rioters
  • Think BIG to help those living on the streets of Portland
  • Less Government Control - People need to help People and need to be allowed to do so.
Homelessness - I was personally homeless due to a criminal record. I recently got my felony expunged after 13 years of having that haunt me. I was able to overcome homelessness and am living in subsidized housing. I have personal experience in many of the areas that are facing people on the streets of Portland today.
The people elected to the Portland City Council have responsibilities overseeing the Bureaus of the city.
My Grandma. She was the most peaceful, kindest person I have ever met. She was that way to everyone. I never heard her cuss or say a negative thing about anyone.
Truth and Accountability. Being Nonpartisan and giving a voice to everyone in the community regardless of their political affiliations.
Truth and Accountability. I tell it like it is. I represent everyone in a nonpartisan manner.
Saving Portland and with it America.
Market Research Telephone Interviewer doing surveys for NBC Television. I was there around five years.
Dr. Seuss "The Sneetches" - because it sums up the labels of "Conservative" and "Liberal" as well as the division with the Political Parties.
A Lap Dance is so much better when the stripper is crying by Bloodhound Gang
A Gambling addiction. I no longer gamble.
No it isn't necessary or beneficial. It is more important that they be willing to listen to multiple points of view while coming to a position. Too many of the candidates have all the answers already.
Personal experience in struggling with the challenges facing people in our community. Addiction, Criminal Record, Homelessness, Poverty. Being able to serve as a Nonpartisan so everyone has a voice and representation.
