Ellen Louise Maas is a Tenth Judicial District judge for Washington County, Minnesota. She was appointed to this position on January 13, 1995, and was elected to full terms in 1996, 2002 and 2008.[1]
She was re-elected in 2014 for a term that expires in 2020.[2]
