George Flowers was a Republican candidate for District 29 of the Alabama State Senate. The primary election was on June 1, 2010, and the general election was on November 2, 2010.[1]

Biography

Flowers attended and received degrees from both Auburn University and the University of Alabama. He is the president of Cox Swimming Pools, Inc.

Flowers defeated Nathan Mathis in the June 1 primary. He was defeated by incumbent Harri Anne Smith (I) in the general election.[3][4]
