Harold A. Black

Harold A. Black is a former district court judge for the 24th Judicial District in Bedford, Virginia.[1] He joined the court in 1998 and was re-elected to the court by the Virginia General Assembly in 2010.[2] Black retired from the bench on March 30, 2016.[3]
Education
Black received his undergraduate degree from West Virginia University and his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.[4]
