Higbee joins race for Utah Court of Appeals judgeship

Salt Lake City, Utah: Thomas Higbee, a Utah Fifth Judicial District judge, has joined the race for the open seat on the Utah Court of Appeals. He is the 8th person to announce his candidacy for this position and will be competing against: Michele Christiansen, David M. Connors, David Mortensen, Anthony Quinn, and Stephen L. Roth, Paul T. Moxley and Jeannette F. Swent.
