The ballot title for Question was as follows:

Shall the Governing Board of Isaac Elementary School District No. 5 of Maricopa County, Arizona, be authorized to sell, lease or exchange the following described parcels of real property, or any portion thereof, and use all or a portion of any such proceeds of any such sale, lease or exchange to purchase school sites and/or to construct, improve, equip and furnish school buildings, to purchase student transportation or other vehicles and/or any other permitted capital expenditure? The real property is described as follows:

Parcel A: Site located at 4135 W. Thomas Road, Phoenix, Arizona 85019 (approximately 1.02 acres).

Legal Description for APN 108-12-001R:

That part of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 34, Township 2 North, Range 2 East of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona, described as: The North 240.00 feet of the East 223.00 feet of the West 933.38 feet of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 34, Township 2 North, Range 2 East of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona; EXCEPTING THEREFROM the South 7 feet of the North 40 feet thereof.
