James S. Hill is a district court judge for the South Central Judicial District of North Dakota. Hill was appointed to the court in August 2014 by Governor Jack Dalrymple.[1]
Hill won election to a full term in 2016.

Hill received his J.D. from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 1974.[1]
