James Wade
James Wade ran for re-election for an at-large seat of the Soil and Water Conservation District Board in Kentucky. He did not appear on the ballot for the general election on November 6, 2018.
Wade withdrew from the race before the general election, but his name still appeared on the ballot.[1]
