The Gibson family moved to South Lake Tahoe in 1979. Sandra Gibson earned a position with Bentley Electronics and relocated her two boys to Gardnerville Nevada in 80-81'. Mother would soon become the office manager for Mike Swift Construction where Jason served as a general laborer at the age of eleven (11). Jason also worked for Milos "Sharkey" Begovich and the Miller family at Magoos Pizza in his teens.
Before breaking ground in the Rancho's in 1983, the House of Gibson were neighbors to the Casentini family who operated the Minden Inn for Papa Cass. Both Danny and Jason were close friends until junior year in High School.
While attending Douglas High School, Jason served as a culture catalyst for his peers. In 85', 86 Jason was busted smoking a joint with his friends while on the way to a football game and would be sentenced to an eleven (11) month sentence. He managed to serve five (5) months & was released early as a result of his work ethic fighting fires in Elko Nevada.
Gibson's work ethic carried over, he became gainfully self-employed in 1991 DBA Business Research Consultants (Lake Oswego Oregon). Susan and Jason had their first male child in 1996.
The male side of the Gibson clan is also rooted in the Columbia River Gorge, where Jason spent thirty three (33) years building a castle of consciousness.- Decentralize government at all levels & build your local AmeriKan States Assembley... Honor, Cooperation, Communication & Transparency in our county government is nothing more than a front... ACTION speaks louder than words! Elected officials must show progressive characteristics of leadership that attract and harness the collective will of the people they serve. Good leadership decentralizes (bottleneck power structures) and empowers people to think for themselves. Progressive leadership is motivating and inspiring. Look at Douglas County Board meetings, it's a powder keg of discontent people and simply serves as a dog and pony show for county employees.

Today's Board of County Commissioners in Douglas County is ego-centric and light years behind our sister city in South Shore Lake Tahoe!

All government employees (i.e. servants) should have the integrity to keep and maintain a public Facebook account. We want real people as public servants, not FICTITIOUS CORPORATE PERSONS masquerading as something they are not. Most public servants shun social networking like the plague because of its transparency. Real people keep real facebook's (a magickal diary of sorts) with something meaningful to share with others, as communication is the key, and "every picture tells a story don't it?" Gibson's online social networking presence, work history, social merits, artistic achievements, political activism, and professional background experience far exceed that of his opponents.
