  • I am committed to public discussion at the board table, including disagreement. Disagreement allows issues to be explored from multiple viewpoints. Diverse viewpoints reflect those of the community. Board discussions provide transparency to our work and our work process.
  • It's always about people. Positive 1:1 relationships between building staff and students support student achievement. We need to refocus on our people and make sure supporting building staff is a top priority.
