Education
Silvis received a bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia and a J.D. from the University of Michigan School of Law.[2]
Career
Silvis is a partner of the law firm O’Connell & Silvis, LLP and an assistant county solicitor for Westmoreland County. He is a former assistant public defender and was a law clerk for Judge Joseph Hudock of the Pennsylvania Superior Court.[2]
