An effort to recall John Fenley and Karl Fisher from their positions as county supervisors in Trinity County, California, was officially launched in November 2014. The deadline for the submission of signatures, which was January 5, 2015, passed, however, without recall supporters submitting any petition sheets. Thus, the recalls did not go to a vote.[1][2]

Recall proponents qualified to begin circulating recall petitions on November 4, 2014. Proponents needed to collect 322 signatures to force a recall on Fenley and 356 signatures to force a recall on Fisher. Signatures were due on January 5, 2015, but that date passed without recall supporters submitting any signatures. Thus, the recalls did not go to a vote.[1][2]
