|I'm a believer in the Constitution and stand for American rights. I believe we need to take better care of our veterans. Faith, Family, and Freedom is more than just a catchphrase to me. I stand for everyone and will fight against government overreach.
I know what it is like to have to make payroll. Also, I have not worked for government agencies all my adult life. I have had failures in my life but recovered from those difficult situations. This helped me to make better decisions but also understand it's not the end. I am an experienced leader who leads by example and not force or scare tactics.- Engage with community as a Working Sheriff
- Make Transparency a priority in the Agency. We also must Prioritize Public Safety.
- Improve Jail Management and Foster Citizen Engagement in the hiring practices to reduce the high turnover rate.
It is multiple books put into one but it tells you how to live life.
