Justin Phillips has deep roots in Waukesha County, having lived in the area for most of his life. In 2017, he and his family decided to plant their roots in the Village of Summit, where his wife, Julia Napolitano, had grown up. Since then, their family has grown, and they now have three young daughters. He currently works in economic development, assisting communities, entrepreneurs, and business leaders in accessing opportunities, growing their businesses, and strengthening their communities. This experience will be valuable for him as a trustee. His Priorities for the Village include Sensible Budgeting, Smart Growth, Holding the line on Taxes, Strengthen public safety, improving parks and services and protecting our natural resources.

Trustees represent the entire village and also work closely with near by communities
Politicians and leaders include Calvin Coolidge, Ronald Reagan, Jack Kemp, Scott Walker. They all cared about reforming government, lowering taxes and reducing budgets
Strong Communication skills, enthusiasm, dedication to the community and its voters
Smart Budgeting, improving about public works, and public safety, not raising taxes.
