Ken Ballard was a judicial candidate for the Orphans Court of Somerset County, Maryland in 2010.[1][2]

Ballard was defeated by incumbent judges John R. Somers, Betsy S. Schrock and Donald L. Howard in the general election on November 2, 2010.[2]
