Kenneth D. Brown
Kenneth D. Brown is a senior judge of the Lycoming County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania. He assumed office on November 2, 2021.

Brown was reinstated to the bench as a senior judge on June 11, 2021 by President Judge Nancy L. Butts to serve in the place of former judge Marc F. Lovecchio.[1]
Brown previously served as judge for the Lycoming County Court of Common Pleas. He was elected to the bench on November 7, 1989 and was re-elected in 1999.[2][1] He became a senior judge at the end of his term in January 2010.[1]
Education
Brown received a J.D. from Rutgers Law School.[2]
