Nancy L. Butts is the president judge on the Lycoming County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania.[1] Butts was first elected to the court in 1995. She was retained in 2005 and 2015.[2]

Butts earned her undergraduate degree from Lehigh University and her J.D. from the United States International University.[3]
