Michael D. Clary
Michael D. Clary was a resident judge of the Fifth Circuit Court in Danville, Illinois.[1] He was elected to the bench in 1998 and he retired on October 31, 2013.[2][3]
Education
Clary earned a B.S. from the University of Illinois and later received his J.D. from Southern Illinois University.[4]
Career
Prior to his judicial election in 1998, Clary was a state's attorney in Vermilion County. He was admitted to the bar in 1979.[2][4]
