Education
Trushenski received a bachelor's degree from the University of Minnesota-Duluth and a J.D. from the University of South Dakota School of Law.[1]
Career
Prior to joining the court, Trushenski was an assistant Martin County attorney and an associate attorney at Viesselman & Barke, P.A. He practiced family, bankruptcy, personal injury and probate law. He previously served as a law clerk at the First Judicial District.[1]
