The Michigan "Right-to-Work" Ban Amendment was not on the November 4, 2014 ballot in Michigan as an indirect initiated state statute. The measure would have banned right-to-work laws as well as overturn any existing such legislation.[1][2]

In order to qualify for the ballot, supporters needed to collect a minimum of 322,609 valid signatures by July 4, 2014.
