Pam Honeycutt
Pamela Honeycutt is the Division 1 judge of the Second Circuit of Arkansas. She has held the seat since 2003. She was re-elected to the Second Circuit for a term that expires in 2020.[1][2][3][4]

Education
Honeycutt received her undergraduate degree from Arkansas State University and her J.D. from the University of Arkansas.[5]
Career
Before becoming a circuit judge, Honeycutt was a district judge for Craighead County. She also spent time as a Jonesboro city attorney. She was admitted to the bar in 1986.[2][6][5]
