Patrick Quinn (Colorado)
Patrick Quinn was a Democratic candidate for Colorado Treasurer in the 2014 elections. He withdrew his bid in November 2013.[1] Prior to entering the race for state treasurer, Quinn served as the mayor of the city and county of Broomfield, Colorado.[2]
Biography
Quinn attended Colorado University, and graduated with a bachelor's of science in accounting in 1975. He has lived in Broomfield, Colorado since 1985. He worked as the CFO of Loja Group, LLC and Odyssey Investment I, LLC. Quinn has been involved in several other community projects outside of the mayor's office including the Broomfield's Open Space and Trails Advisory Committee, Boulder County Parks and Open Space Advisory Committee, CASA of Gilpin and Jefferson counties, the Colorado Youth Program and the Birch School Improvement Team.[3]

Political career
Mayor of Broomfield (2007-present)
Quinn was first elected mayor of Broomfield city and county in 2007. He was then re-elected in 2009 and 2011. Due to term limits on the mayor's office, Quinn was unable to run for re-election in 2013.[4][5]

Quinn explored a run for Colorado Treasurer in the 2014 elections. He dropped out of the race in November 2013.[2]
2011
Quinn was re-elected as mayor of Broomfield, Colorado in 2011.[4] He was unable to run for mayor because of term limits.[5] His term ended in 2013.[4]
2009
Quinn was re-elected as mayor of Broomfield, Colorado.[4]
2007
Quinn was elected to his first term as mayor of Broomfield, Colorado.[4]
