I was born and raised on the Southwest Side of Chicago. I attended St. Daniel the Prophet elementary school in the Garfield Ridge neighborhood and St. Joseph High School in Westchester, IL (now closed), and I hold degrees from both the University of Chicago and Northwestern University. I'm a former analyst for the City of Chicago Office of the Inspector General, where I worked with a variety of city departments and agencies to review and improve government operations. For the last several years, I've been a full-time dad, raising my two beautiful children while my wife worked full-time. Now, I'm running against one of the last truly entrenched Chicago political machines to take on the city's legacy of corruption and provide the kind of honest, responsive government that we all deserve.
  • Improve public safety through long overdue reforms that build trust in our police force and make both police and the public safer
  • Fight public corruption by ending the kind of aldermanic privileges that are so often at the center of Chicago corruption scandals
  • Invest in green initiatives to improve our environment, boost our economy, and build a healthy community we can all be proud of
I'm passionate about fair, respectful, and responsive government. I believe we all deserve to be treated fairly regardless of our political views or who we support in any election.

I'm passionate about public safety. I believe we all have a role to play in preventing and combatting crime and creating communities that foster peace.

I'm passionate about labor rights. I believe workers deserve to have a voice in decisions about their workplace safety, pay, and benefits.

I'm passionate about education. I believe that everyone deserves a quality education that allows them to participate in a free and democratic society to the fullest extent of their ambition.

I'm passionate about the environment. I believe we have an obligation to care for nature and create and preserve a healthy world for future generations.
