Ralph D. Pratt

Ralph D. Pratt is a senior judge of the Lawrence County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania.[1] Pratt was first elected to the courts in 1985. In 1995, he was retained to a second 10-year term. Pratt retired in June of 2004 and became a senior judge.[2]
Education
Pratt earned his undergraduate degree from Baldwin-Wallace College and his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh.[3]
