Richard E. Noble

Richard E. Noble was the chief judge of the 34th Circuit Court and the 82nd District Court in Michigan.[1] He was first elected to the bench in 1997 and became chief judge in 2013.[2][3] Noble was re-elected in 2008 and 2014. He retired on December 31, 2021.[4]
